Format:  Round Robin

Tournament Director is allowed to change format due to number of teams or weather

 

 

Entries are accepted on first come, first reserved basis.

Space is limited so register early.

          Upon receipt of paid entry, you will receive:

confirmation, set of rules, maps, roster forms, and other needed information.

 

 

REGISTRATION

1.      Fill in team and contact information.

2.      Select the appropriate division for the team's ability/age.

( 11 & 12 year olds June 4, 5, & 6 ) ( 9 & 10 year olds June 25, 26, & 27 )

3.      Enclose a check or money order in the amount of $175.00.

4.      No traveling teams will be accepted.  You must be league affiliated.

5.      Return the completed form and payment to Neenah Baseball Inc., P.O. Box 663, Neenah, WI. 54957-0663.  ATTN:  Woody Sauer
